A $500 Ceremony Fee applies to Piedmont Room rentals if you wish to host your ceremony with us. This fee includes access to Piedmont Room and Bridal Suite two hours prior to your ceremony, gold chavari chairs and ivory cushions for the ceremony, setup and breakdown of ceremony chairs, and transitioning of the room for your reception setup.

Two additional tent extensions can be rented for parties over 175 guests for an additional facility fee of $500 per extension.
For Climate Controlled Tent, additional $1000 fee
**Air conditioning is required for all events during the months of June, July and August**
